Once you place your order we will send you an order to confirm your payment, we will then update you to say that your order is passed to the warehouse for dispatch. For items that are in stock your order will be sent within 2 working days unless we email to advise you otherwise. Most orders are sent the very next day from our warehouse in Portsmouth, Hampshire. All our stock is in the UK and bought from authorised resellers so we can ensure the best quality and pricing is passed on to you the customer.

For security reasons we can only send items to the billing address or your registered business address of your account. Some of these items may also require a signature on delivery.

Most orders are sent with Royal mail unless it is heavy then we use Parcel Force. We have daily collections from Royal Mail and Parcel Force from our Portsmouth warehouse. Once the parcel has been collected it will be delivered in line with Royal mails terms of service. 1st Class post can often arrive within 2-3 days, however Royal mail state that 15 working days must be allowed from collection for the parcel to arrive. If your order has not arrived after this time we will happily investigate the non-arrival of the item and take the appropriate action to resend it if royal mail cannot locate it.

All International orders (non UK) will be sent via Royal mails Airmail or International Signed for Airmail service. This service is fully insured and will require a signature for the order. Delivery will be approximately 5-7 working days for most countries but please allow 15 days.
